Crafty Be's Bloghop

It is never too late ...

It is never too late ….to find a way ….to let it go …..to …..

Clean and easy and fast to make.

Mixed media canvas

This canvas was Finnabair inspired. I used texture paste and some stencils to create the background. I added the color with acrylic paint. The image is from the internet and for her "new" hair I used a lot of stuff : flowers, metal pieces, old can clip, buttons, old key etc.
I just love to play with colors and paint and use all of different materials that just don't belong together and create something that "match" !!

The image is an older stamp from Make it Crafty, but I love it, and thought it was perfect for my journaling book. I colored here with my Copic markers.

Mixed Media Journaling Page: Live for the moments ...

Again a quick and easy journaling page!!
The background is made with design paper, the blue little dots are made with a stencil from Tim Holtz and blue Memento inkt. The white dots are made with the same stencil but with Whipped Spackle for some dimension. I did a lot of doodling around the sentiment (from the paper) and on the hearts, I used a pitt maker for the doodling. The hearts are handmade from card stock and I used yellow embossing powder to make them shining.
